Bobi Wine paid Jamaican singer Mr. G shs40 million to appear at his upcoming Akalimu album launch.
Mr. G will fly into the country next month and will be around for seven days. During his stay, Mr. G will also be recorded for Bobi’s television reality show. Bobi will launch his latest album next month at KyadondoRugby Grounds.
Though Bobi has two collaboration songs with Mr. G, it is believed he is mainly flying in the Jamaican dancehall star because he (Bobi) has had a weak musical year. “He is aware that his show will flop without an international act.
All is songs have been either average or below average this year and yet he knows he has to at least do a concert like his counterparts,” a music pundit explained.
