The new Bond Movie, Spectre, has made a premiere around the world and Kampala is not being left behind. The premiere is set to take place at The British High Commissioner’s Residence on 5th November through an invite only guest list.

In a statement, Heineken Uganda Country Sales Manager, Nathan Akandwanaho stated that, “The Bond man and Heineken signify similar kinds of things, in terms of being witty, being confident

and being aspirational, so there’s a fantastic tie-in with Heineken and James Bond.’’

 

The cast and crew of the James Bond movie officially launched the film at the Royal Film in London on 26th October 2015. Critics have generally given positive reviews praising the film’s opening scene, action sequences and stunt work.

 

In Uganda, Heieneken premiered the latest James Bond movie Spectre at the high end Century Cinemax Cinema in Acacia mall where a host their consumers, celebrities, social influencers, ambassadors were treated to a cocktail before the movie treat which ended at 10pm.

The campaign builds on a 17 year partnership between Heineken and the Bond franchise that spans seven Bond films, from Tomorrow Never Dies to Spectre.
