Incarcerated activist Frank Gashumba has urged Ugandans to continue fighting for freedom even without him.
Gashumba is currently in jail over fraud. The Sisimuka Uganda boss was arrested last week after a whistleblower alerted security about Gashumba’s pending $12 million con deal.
Upon his arrest he was found in possession ofmarijuana, cocaine, fake passports among other things.
But his arrest has not stopped him from speaking to Ugandans.
A message from Gashumba reads:
“Even if am not with you my fellow Ugandans, just know am still with you in your fight for freeedom.
My situation should not deter you from fighting for what is right and equality for all.
I hope you will still be by my side No matter what am going through.
For God and my country.”
