There’s growing fear among rugby supporters at Kyadondo Rugby Grounds that the much loved rugby venue is being taken to the dogs.
Various fans have expressed the displeasure accusing top officials of greed.
After charging rugby fans hours after the matches ended for the last three consecutive international matches, and deploying fake untrained stewards,
Kyadondo Rugby Club stakeholders and fans, are now demanding for full accountability of money collected.
This, many argue, is reminiscent if what happened to neighbouring Legends Rugby Club that led to its collapse some time back.
Now the Kyadondo Rugby Club fans fear a repeat of what happened at Legends Club when a staggering Shs54 million was collected from an international game, but only Shs3 million was declared.
Now most fans are worried events happening atKyadondo Rugby Club point towards issues that have affected Legends.
And most fans believe a one Fhilip is to blame for all this.
Fans, who spoke to this website on condition of anonymity, accuse him of being arrogant, self centred and extremely greedy.
“Do you guys know how the so called fanzone has made millions of shillings claiming to hold rugby activations?” one visibly agitated fan wondered.
