Former aide to President Yoweri Museveni, Morrison Rwakakamba has left his job as Country Director, Uganda Bridge International Academies, by mutual consent.
Rwakakamba, left the lucrative job at the start of the year.
However it remains unclear why the learned fella left a highly paying job just over a year into it.
Before joining Bridge schools, he worked as the Chief Executive Officerat Agency for Transformation.
Prior, he had worked as a special presidential assistant on research and information, and Head of the Government Citizen Interaction Centre.
As he joined Bridge Academies, he said:
“I today concluded my work as CEO of Agency for Transformation. I will be joining the education sector to promote quality education in Uganda.”
We do not know if he has transformed the sector in just over a year.
His earlier focus since 2013 was on agricultural production, public policy inquiry and international public interest consulting.
