Uganda’s ‘Shakira’ Phina Mugerwa Masanyalaze trapped Vice President HE Edward Kiwanuka Ssekandi in an electric dance stupor today during the International Youth Day celebrations.
Singer Phina wiggled her tiny sexy bum in front of Ssekandi who seemed to be enjoying every bit of it.
Well every bit of the moment.
This was in Jinja as Uganda joined the rest of the world in celebrating International Youth Day 2019, with the national celebrations taking place in Jinja district at St. Gonza Gonzaga Primary School, Kagoma in Buwenge sub-county.
Vice President Edward Kiwanuka Ssekandi is officiating at the function.
Marked every August 12, the day is celebrated in conformity with the UN General Assembly Resolution A/RES/54/20 of the 54th UN session adopted on December
Musician Phina was one of the day’s performers and clearly she stole the show with her bum turning performance.
The little artiste took advantage of her time on stage to ‘attack’ Ssekandi in his seat and wiggled her waist like a snake until he excitedly pulled out an envelope, filled with money, and handed it to her.
Also present was speaker of Parliament Rebecca Kadaga who as well enjoyed the whole show.
Minister of State for youth and children affairs Florence Nakiwala Kiyingi said the International Youth Day provides “an opportunity to all state parties to evaluate the various policies, programmes and strategic interventions aimed at empowering young people”.
“Additionally, the day provides an excellent opportunity to take stock of what has been done and what remains undone in positioning the young people to play a critical role in the social economic and political transformation of the country,” she said.
