A one Rachael Naddamba  last week turned up for an education finalists’ dinner donning suggestive outfits that have since turned a topic among social media users in Kampala.

The Dean of students at Makerere, C.M Kabagambe has now summoned Ms. Naddamba, a third year Education student, believed to have been one of the viral duo.

“If it’s true that that person was you, your action, as a

student of this university, would have contravened university regulation 8 (2) (a) which states that “every student shall respect him/herself and behave in a manner that will not bring his/her name or that of the university into disrepute” and regulation 8 (2) (d) which states that “every student shall dress in a neat and descent manner,” the letter reads in part.

Ms. Naddamba was given until Friday June 2, to present her reasons on why “she shouldn’t be presented before the university students disciplinary committee for breach of the regulations quoted.”

According to a university source, management is considering terminating her stay at the university if she fails to appear for the disciplinary committee or she can’t defend herself.
