In a groundbreaking move to empower and uplift young women, the Academy of Queens proudly introduces the inaugural Miss Uganda High School (MUHS) Pageant. This transformative leadership program, scheduled to take place from January 8th to 27th, 2024, aims to seamlessly blend leadership development, community outreach, and academic excellence for high school girls aged 15-18.
Under the visionary leadership of Miss Uganda CEO Brenda Nanyonjo, the MUHS Pageant is not just a competition; it’s a comprehensive initiative designed to instill confidence, essential skills, and a visionary mindset in young women, fostering the emergence of female youth change-makers deeply committed to community betterment.
Prospective contestants have the opportunity to register from December 23rd to January 8th, with a strict deadline for submission. Registration forms must be handed in no later than January 8th, 2024. The audition phase, set for January 10th, will identify participants who will embark on a remarkable 10-day non-residential leadership and life skills boot camp. In collaboration with Reach A Hand Uganda, this immersive experience will hone their leadership skills, emphasizing the importance of community engagement and academic excellence.

The Grand Finale, slated for Saturday, January 27th, 2024, at Motiv, promises to be a spectacle where the MUHS Queen, 1st Princess, 2nd Princess, Miss Popularity, Miss Talent, Sports and Fitness Princess, Miss Photogenic, and Social Media Princess will be crowned. These titles go beyond symbolic recognition, serving as a testament to the participants’ commitment to leadership, community service, and academic excellence.
