Ugandan recording artist and multi-instrumentalist Aliddeki Brian mesmerized audiences at the esteemed Sauti za Busara Festival in Zanzibar, Tanzania, held from February 9th to 11th, 2024. Representing Uganda’s rich musical heritage, Aliddeki’s energetic and captivating performance on the festival’s opening night left the international crowd craving more, earning him an encore and solidifying his status as one of Africa’s fastest-rising stars on the global music scene.
Emerging as a semi-finalist in the Pearl of Africa Star Search, Aliddeki Brian’s distinctive musical style, blending traditional Ugandan rhythms, melodies, and instruments with contemporary sounds, has garnered widespread acclaim. In less than two years in the industry, he has graced major events such as the Nyege Nyege Festival, Afropalooza Festival, Blankets & Wine Festival, World Music Day, and embarked on international tours to Kenya, Tanzania, Burundi, and the DRC.
Managed by Talent Africa Group, Aliddeki Brian was accompanied by CEO Aly Allibhai and his live band, ensuring a standout performance that showcased Uganda’s vibrant cultural identity. His participation underscores his role as a cultural ambassador, promoting Ugandan heritage on the global stage.
