KABALE-Dr. Hilary Bakamwesiga Mbona, the aspiring Member of Parliament for Ndorwa West, urged Christians to be more careful and not to be swayed by propaganda and lies from politicians as election time approaches.
He made this call yesterday March 17th while addressing Christians of Katojo Catholic Church in Habuhuriro Parish, Kahungye Sub-county, Ndorwa West Constituency during mass.
Hilary stressed that some politicians move around spreading lies and propaganda to win people’s support, advising them not to pay attention to such politicians as they will not bring any development to their area.

Dr. Hilary also called upon parents, school administrators, and students to be more vigilant in order to prevent the spread of red eye disease. He mentioned that the disease has already spread in most schools in Kampala but has not yet reached Kigezi. He urged them to follow the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as directed by health workers to protect themselves from acquiring this deadly disease.
Furthermore, he encouraged parents to invest in educating their children, stating that this investment would benefit both the parents and the children in the future, emphasizing that education is the solution to many family challenges.
Dr. Hilary also used this mass gathering to fulfil his pledge of ten bags of cement towards the completion of the church.
