Having discovered, groomed and managed acts like Dream Gals, Wafagio, Coco Finger, Kalifah AgaNaga among others, and also doing a short tour of duty with the superstar duo Moze Radio and Weasel of Gudlfye.

However after the death of Radio around 2017, Emma Carlos hang up his talent management boots and joined hands with Ragga Dee to found the Forum which has been an arts advocacy platform for the sector.
Recently, our reporter bumped into him and he assured us how he has made up his mind and is set to return to management.
“Music is like a demon, you can never really quit but you can step aside and let it breathe, while it has breathed enough, I discovered a talented act and we are done with production of both audios and videos. We are set to roll out in this coming month of June. The fans and music lover should brace themselves for new vibe, you know me when I decide to promote. I thank Daddy Andre, Nessim for the beautiful sound and Kalifah for lending his writing skills,” Emma Carlos told our Reporter.
