Police at Kabalagala are investigating a robbery and assault incident that occurred on 27th December 2025 at Chezz Boss Mutoto Bar in Munyonyo, Kampala City.
Preliminary investigations indicate that a group of suspects, allegedly led by one Shakibu, a businessman operating in the Kasanga area, descended on patrons at the bar, assaulted them, and robbed four victims of their mobile phones. A case of robbery and assault has since been registered at Kabalagala Police Station.
Police investigators visited the scene and are working on identifying all individuals who participated in the attack.
In the course of the investigations, one Shakibu Cham has been summoned to report to Kabalagala Police Station to assist with ongoing inquiries.
The Police strongly condemn acts of violence and lawlessness and assure the public that investigations will be conducted to their logical conclusion to ensure that all perpetrators are brought to justice.
