KISORO –The government has responded to the concerns of Kisoro Municipality Mayor, Richard Ndyana, regarding the enhancement of development for municipality residents.
Mayor Ndyana made this announcement on Wednesday of 1rst, november while addressing news reporters in his office. He stated that the Ministry of Finance is planning to pave all the roads in the municipality as part of municipal city infrastructure development.

He informed the public that he has declared his intention to run for the position of LC5 chairperson after learning that the current chairperson is seeking another seat
Ndyana revealed that this initiative aims to enhance development in the district and to work closely with other political wings to serve the people of the district. This decision came after he received encouragement from various individuals who supported his dream of developing the district.
He further added that he will commence his campaigns in 2023 after completing all his duties as the Mayor of Kisoro Municipality. He has seen numerous projects scheduled for the improvement of infrastructure within the municipality in the coming year. These projects aim to enhance the well-being of youth, children, women, the elderly, and individuals with disabilities. These improvements are expected to be completed before the end of his term, and he hopes to extend these services to the entire district.
