By Arafat Muyomba

In 2013, I tested HIV Positive with a very low humanity because I had only five CD4 count.

I was looking so bad, and I started taking ARVs, My sweets.

The reason why am calling them my sweets is because of the impact they have done in my life but not because they are sweet. No.

Yes I am taking my ARVs, my sweets and am so happy because my viral load is now suppressed. And this goes to the HIV positive people, stop living in denial, accept your status, take your medication and adhere to it. Eat healthy food, take a lot of water, love your self because self love is the best.

Stop spreading the virus to innocent people in the name of revenge and remember there is reinfection.

Don’t make it your fault because being HIV positive its not the end of your life. Always learn to leave a positive life and lastly make your Allah your best friend.

Remember to keep your life safe because HIV/AIDS is real and ARVs are not a cure.

Always go for a blood test, don’t trust people because of their looks, stop multiple partners, use protection and stop stigmatizing the positive people so that we END HIV and we are all one.

If you still have a chance use this because taking these drugs everyday its not easy my dear and not everyone that it will work for you.
