Famous for his hit single ‘Dede’, the Rwandan born and raised singer arrived Tuesday night with his entourage at Entebbe Airport.

For his first time in Uganda, Davis D will perform at Nomad’s famous Black Bottle Wednesday Theme night tonight.

Since the release of ‘Biryogo’ which made him breakthrough in the Rwandan music industry, Davis D has made a number of hits like ‘Micro,’ ‘Dede,’ ‘Ifarashi,’ ‘Itara’ and many others which are driving the party life of Kampala.

Alongside deejays Osborn, Benji, Roger Kerb, plus the hosts Big Allan and Mc Esco Zero, the Dede singer will bring a taste of his new wave of sound taking over the globe at this bar’s weekly Black Bottles Wednesday theme night

“For the first time in Uganda, Kampala, the Afro Beat sensation will put up one of the best parties at Nomads bar in Bunga this week on Wednesday” said Mc Esco Zero.

Shine Boy as he calls himself was born March 23rd, 1993, as David Icyishaka in Huye, Rwanda, the first of four children.

He attended St Joseph Technical School in Nyamirambo and graduated with honors.
