Kabale-Counsel Atwebembeire Wilbroad Rwamunahe Wamushinja, a candidate for the Kabale District LC5 Chairperson seat in the upcoming NRM party primaries scheduled for July 24, is currently conducting campaign rallies in Katenga Parish, Kamuganguzi Sub-county.

During his address to residents, Wamushinja presented key elements of his manifesto, emphasizing a results-driven leadership approach should he be elected.

He expressed concern over the poor state of roads in the district, particularly in rural areas like Kamuganguzi, noting that road maintenance and infrastructure development would be among his top priorities. “Good roads are essential for access to markets, schools, and health services. If entrusted with leadership, I will ensure that our road network is improved and regularly maintained,” he said.

The aspirant also pledged to enhance the quality of education across Kabale District, stating that he would work to provide better learning facilities, ensure teacher motivation, and increase access to educational resources.

On healthcare, Wamushinja promised to advocate for improved health services, focusing on equipping local health centers, ensuring drug availability, and supporting the welfare of medical personnel.

He called on residents to support a new era of leadership that delivers tangible results, pledging transparency, accountability, and inclusive development.“I am not just here to speak promises. I am here to offer practical solutions and work with the people to transform Kabale,” he concluded.
