The vote tallying exercise, conducted at Kabale District headquarters, was presided over by the District NRM Registrar, Ntegyereize Medard.
In his victory speech, Nasasira thanked supporters for their confidence in him and pledged to work collaboratively with all stakeholders to drive development in Kabale Municipality’s Central Division.
“I am humbled by this support. I promise to serve diligently and ensure that our division achieves the growth and progress our people deserve,” Nasasira said.
With the party primaries concluded, Nasasira will now carry the NRM flag into the forthcoming general elections.
