With more than a decade in media, Azeezah has hosted over 200 events across Africa and beyond, from concerts and award ceremonies to corporate launches and major brand activations.
Her journey has also been defined by a voice that was once considered unusual. Armed with a First Class Honours degree in Broadcast Journalism from the University of Nairobi, she turned her naturally deep baritone into a signature sound, now instantly recognisable across radio, television, commercials and live events.
Her influence stretches across Kenya, Uganda, Rwanda, Burundi and Tanzania, while her digital community has surpassed one million followers across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and X.
On weekdays, she hosts The Breakout Show on Hot 96 FM, before switching to television as the face of 10 over 10, Citizen TV Kenya’s flagship entertainment show.
Her growing continental profile reached a milestone in 2025 when she became the first East African to co-host The Future Awards Africa in Lagos.
With more than 20 international awards and recognitions—including Media Personality of the Year and Best Event Host—Azeezah has established herself as more than a presenter. She is also a DJ, voice-over artist, commercial model and brand ambassador, working with brands such as Xiaomi Kenya, Red Bull Kenya, Safaricom, Maybelline, Showmax and Spotify.
