AFRICA — Across Africa, countless young women are eager to build better lives, earn meaningful incomes, and achieve financial independence. While ambition is widespread, the primary challenge remains access to the right opportunities.
To bridge this gap, the Revolutionary Black Wall Street initiative has launched a new pathway allowing young African women to earn, learn, serve, and grow within an emerging economic community through its newly introduced System Usher Contractor Programme.
The programme gives selected young women an active role in building awareness around the Black Wall Street community while offering a structured avenue to generate a stable income stream.
Key Program Highlights & Responsibilities:
Public Information & Awareness: System Ushers will serve as public information representatives, introducing members of the public to the Black Wall Street community, its vision, programs, and available opportunities. They will disseminate approved educational materials, provide accurate and accessible information, respond to basic enquiries, and direct interested individuals to appropriate official channels for further information and orientation.
Internal Service Delivery: Beyond creating awareness, participants may also become involved in Internal Service Delivery. They will support community members by providing relevant information, guidance, resources, and general assistance where required, serving as active contributors to the community’s daily operations and growth.
Compensation & Participation Benefits: Successful participants will receive compensation on a biweekly basis, with additional opportunities to earn benefits linked to their contribution to the growth of the community and its projects.
Performance-based incentives may also be provided in recognition of consistent participation, productivity, and measurable contributions to the community’s broader economic empowerment objectives.
For Black Wall Street, the programme extends beyond simply creating another income stream. It is designed to establish an environment where young women can put their energy, communication skills, and willingness to serve to work while becoming part of a larger economic ecosystem.
