Music legends Bebe Cool and Jose Chameleone are both open to a music battle and it could be happening soon, Xclusive UG reveals.
According to very close sources, initial talks have taken place and both artists are said to be excited.
And a host of promoters have contacted the artists reps about taking charge of the battle.
We are told: “It could be happening. There’s willingness from both sides. Soon, Ugandans will know who the true music king is.”
For years, there has been a debate over who is the true Ugandan music champion.
While many believe Chameleone has an edge of Bebe Cool, Gagamel fans believe their superstar is the true king of live music and Uganda’s number one.
This comes after Deputy Speaker of Parliament Rt. Hon. Thomas Tayebwa tweeted that he relished a live music performance battle between two Ugandan music titans.
He pledged full support.
