If I were to ask you what the difference between passion and profession was, the list would be endless for most of you. But what most of us fail to realize is that passion and profession go hand in hand; they are like two sides to a coin, and without one the other cannot exist.
After all, most of us are quite comfortable with pursuing our passion as a hobby or leisure-time activity. Very few of us would consider making a profession out of our passion. But this thinking needs to change. After all, what’s the use of pursuing a profession without a passion for it, and why not make your passions your profession? Is it that hard to digest? Well, the answer is yes.
For years, professions have been associated with either a job or a serious career path and of course, one that is financially promising and stable. When we think of a profession, the first image that pops into our minds is busy people dressed in suits working at a desk in a formal office setting. Little do we picture a writer working in his bedroom with scrunched-up papers lying on the floor, a photographer creeping behind a parrot for that perfect shot, or a painter conjuring a portrait of a pretty woman. Our minds are so muddled up with stereotypes that we cannot see beyond the ordinary. Perhaps, the same reason is why we fail to establish the connection between passion and profession at first sight.

Having graduated from Lycee De Ruhengeri APICUR in Kigali, Rwanda Elie Ndisanze is skillful and has vast knowledge in creating content and digital strategy.
Ndisanze is a graduate of Diploma in Computer Science from Lycee De Ruhengeri APICUR in Kigali, Rwanda.
He secured his Bachelor’s in Computer Science from Kigali Independent University in 2014.
He speaks English, and French, and he loves reading food, film, astronomy, and traveling.
In June 2016, he opened co-founded Eguriro Devices Limited, an online shop that delivers, and in 2018 founded Kigali Phone Center an online shopping company based in Kigali.
After his graduation, he has been a social media manager for various brands and public figures both in Rwanda, and Uganda among other countries.
In February 2022, he founded the contest dubbed Show Me Your Talent on Rwanda Television RTV which unearths and supports the growth of young musicians to give them a platform to turn them into established artists.

While at Kigali Phone Center, Ndisanze designed and implemented a communication and outreach strategy for an online community of over 4000 members.
He worked as a Digital Research consultant at New Class Car wash company in Kigali.
Ndisanze served as a Digital manager at Eguriro Devices Company in Kigali where he was responsible for updating Company websites, and social media networks such as Facebook, YouTube, and Instagram, setting up Search engines optimization including for the company
Ndisanze produced and moderated an online discussion geared at incorporating key insights from Rwandese and Africans into the global sphere on issues related. The online discussion was on Google+ Hangouts in June 2020.
In 2017, Ndisanze was the Assistant Partner Adviser for Eco Laundry Dry Cleaner company, where she produced & translated the monthly partner newsletter into English & French for over 100 subscribers. She also designed and implemented a communication strategy for a regional conference.
He founded Versus Feed in October 2019, a digital platform dedicated to capturing meaningful insights, spurring interaction, and inspiring creative action on/for/by Africans.
In 2022, he relocated to the United States of America where he went to handle a couple of projects related to talent management of musicians, content, and digital strategies.
Ndisanze is passionate about Africa and has recognized the influence and role of the media (digital) in shaping and molding developmental issues affecting the continent.
