With the video that is circulating on social media, it is seen Swangz Avenue singer Winnie Nwagi donning on very short pants seemingly in a heated-up conversation with security officers manning the entrance of the offices of ministry of internal affairs.
Officers refused her to enter the offices while dressed in short pants.

This time she let her thighs show as she was seen discussing with the officers. The source of this information however, who was on ground by that time said that the officers refused to let her enter the premises later on access the offices while dressed in short pants.

The singer allegedly told them that she didn’t read the memo and didn’t know her dress code was not decent enough to access any office.
